Shoot cancelled at last minute.

Well I had a photo shoot scheduled today at 2pm with a new model I had met through Model Mayhem that is local in my area. Talked with her this morning and everything was going great, couldn't wait for the shoot and such. So I leave work an hour early from over time today to make the shoot a little early to get set up. On my way home I get a text message about an hour and 20 minutes before the shoot that she's been sick since 4 am and has to cancel the shoot. I had worked hard to get the location, the right model, and a great idea for the shoot. So, I guess I am a little aggravated for it and trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the model. I guess we are going to try to re-schedule the shoot but hopefully this won't happen again. I think that a second chance is in order but not going to break my back on the next one, maybe keep the same idea, location, and such....not sure yet. I haen't posted any new pictures because I haven't taken any lately due to the heat, but it's starting to cool off. I have some upcoming shoot with some new models and some new ideas.
